I'm not sure! Maybe he's the cutest. Or maybe it was just chance that he caught Cyclonus' optic first (as I believe I suggested here).

It seems like, yeah. I also think it's partly something they inherited from Shrapnel and Kickback (and since Cyclonus was Bombshell, it helps that he's there to help).
