I dreamed this morning about the Kree-Skrull war.

Or some facsimile thereof, since I don't, actually, know much about that part of Marvel. Even while sleeping.

There was a cameo by an Ultimate Version of Oliver Queen, who very much liked Ultimate Captain Mahr Vell's swimming pool.

Why can't my fandom dreams be happy and porny like other people's?

In other news, people should remind me to write recs for crack_van, preferably while I'm not actually at work (a decreasing amount of time). Possibly while they're at it, they could make suggestions for Things To Be Recced.

Or, while I'm asking fandom for things to help fulfill obligations I made to it, bunnies for the Ted Grant/Jim Corrigan fic I still owe rayshell22 would also be nice.

Also, sleep. Working nine to five *really sucks*.

Although today has been nice, as work has provided me with much food and, currently, unsupervised time to post to LJ!

In other fandom news, it's reassuring to finally be seeing gender analysis of Supernatural on monkeycrackmary's LJ. The show doesn't interest me enough to be worth the trouble of obtaining episodes (even when my connection made torrenting feasible), but I've seen enough fic to be bemused at the lack of mention *anywhere* on my flist that the show, as far as I can tell, is founded on two classical instances of Women In Refrigerators.

(I can certainly understand why people like the show *anyway*, and as a comics fan I've no stones to throw in that area. I've just found the heretofore lack of gender critique, from a group of fans highly prone to that sort of thing in comics fandom, rather bemusing.)
