Can't sleep. Hungry. Angsting about everything.
Problem with a three day weekend, I think. Too much time to get bored and think and have my sleep schedule slip. Eh well, I'll be having company the next two weekends, so I'll not be brooding about my lack of a life.
After traveling an hour, mostly on a crowded bus, to get to a Toys R Us that was closed for construction, I gave in and got TFA Roddy on eBay. Loose, and almost reasonably priced.
(I hate this whole toy distribution system. There are a lot of terrible things about the comic book direct market, but at least I can generally go to the store and buy the comics the week they come out.
I realize I'm in a slightly odd situation, in that it's much easier for me to get to a comic shop than almost any of the big chain stores that mostly sell TFs, but still!)
That's probably the most interesting thing I accomplished over the weekend, aside from some threads on
tf_ic_prompts. No, wait, I unpacked and put out a bunch of toys. TFA Shockave and Lugnut are kneeling one on each side of Megs. Everyone else is a little less cleverly arranged.
Well, okay, and here I veer away from my determination not to attempt to do the last few months rather than the last few days. Universe Galvatron has many design flaws, but he has a hand designed to hold the antenna of a kneeling Universe Cyclonus.
So that's pretty much what they've been doing all month on my desk.

Date: 2010-09-08 01:16 am (UTC)And yes, definitely! Even a version of Galvatron that can hardly stay together and doesn't turn into his proper alt-mode and is insufficiently purple can STILL GRAB CYCLONUS' ANTENNA.
Because some things are IMPORTANT.
