Crack game snippets! Using this generator, in which I combine Livia's crack scenarios (apologies to Livia) with characters and a few situations from JLI.
Rated "surprisingly non-horrifying." Well, the first one, anyway; no guarentees on the second.
G'nort / ...in a story where hurt/comfort leads to sex
and
Oberon / ...makes out with someone in a car or other vehicle
"It's your lucky day."
"Oh?" said Oberon. It had been been a more than usually UNLUCKY day in the JLA embassy; G'nort was visiting. He peered out at the living room, where G'nort was asking about hydrants.
"'Cause you're taking me out on the town!" said Beatriz DaCosta, flourishing a set of keys.
"*Out* certainly sound like a good place to be about now," said Oberon, ducking out of sight of the doorway before anyone decided to send G'nort his way. "But I *don't get paid enough* to finance your shopping habit."
"C'mon," said Bea, reaching down to grab Oberon by the arm. "I've got us transportation, and dinner will go on the JLI expense account. G'nort-related expense. And you get to take out the hottest woman in the JLA!"
"What transportation--oh, god. We're stealing the bug?!"
"Yep! What better for a romantic night over the town!"
"...well, it'll probably be less disastrous than what G'nort's doing to the embassy about now." Oberon smiled. This might even be fun...
General Glory / ...learns something he/she didn't want to know
"Oh--darn!" said Guy as he hit the floor. He struggled against the iron muscles that held him down.
"Language!" said Glory. "You need to accept your defeats with grace. Be an example for your country. As I used to say to Ernie..." He helped Guy up, for the tenth time.
"Again?" said Guy. He'd dreamed of training beside General Glory. He'd dreamed of being better at it, but still...he tuned out Glory's speech, focusing on the match.
"You count on the ring too much. You could never do that in my day--powers give out, especially over enemy lines, but a man's strength and skill will sustain him..."
By this time, Guy was down again, and it was finally too much for his body. Unfortunately, the pin Glory was using...? "Oh *fuck*," he thought.
For a second, General Glory was speechless.
Huntress / ...comes out of the closet
There are any number of interesting things that might be found in a closet in the JLI embassy, and generally speaking if the closet was making noise? Best not to open it.
But Ted was on cleaning detail, again, without even Booster to help since the BASTARD had defected, and this was the closet with cleaning supplies. Not very *clean* or well organized, to Ted's knowledge, but cleaning supplies nonetheless.
...Ted rather hoped it was more mini-aliens. They were kinda cute, and hey, fighting miniature extraterrestrials beat scrubbing the floor.
What Ted did see? Better than he had ever hoped. Well, except for the *looks* Huntress and Bea were giving him...
"'Excuse me!" said Ted and closed the door. Was THIS ever a good excuse for not cleaning. He *had* to find Scott and Tora...
Though eventually they'd have to come out, sadly. And then he'd have to clean the embassy...
