LC, New York, and merchandise
Jul. 24th, 2005 12:42 pmSo I saw LC yesterday! Who was great. And incredibly squee-ful. LC discovering the Cosmic Boy mini? Is SOMETHING to behold. She also strokes the people in comics, even through back-issue bags, which is adorable. :)
We went to Midtown comics, in the intention of window-shopping, and of course came out with lots of stuff. (Although I'm really quite proud of the fact that SHE spend more money than I did. For once. *g*) I did, however, yield to the temtation of a translucent green Hal action figure, which comes with its very own 'flying stand' that looks remarkably like a small (from our perspective. Huge from Hal's *g*) dildo, and into which Hal's leg can be placed to balance him in all SORTS of interesting positions.
A nice contribution to my action figure population explosion.
And since if there's one thing, besides action figures, I don't need more of, in my life, it's t-shirts, I also bought a t-shirt that says THE GREEN LANTERN CORPS with a logo, on the front, and SECTOR 2814 on the back. And am happily wearing it now. Mmmmmmm, merchandise.
